Opportunity
The hospitality industry has 14 million servers and bartenders. Imagine if they were empowered to impact the business—helping to bring in more regulars more often.
Strategy
Design a product that enables service professionals to connect with their customers with the goal of serving them better and thereby encouraging them to come back more often.
Implementation
We started by working developing a minimally viable product MVP that we could test in a real, live environment. We were able to take the results and use this research to inform designing prototype. This process was iterative and over time allowed us to identify feature sets and create a phased implementation strategy for final deployment.
