Baylor Tom Landry is an “Integrated Medical Fitness Center” that strives to improve a member’s livelihood. As an extension of Baylor Scott & White Healthcare, the fitness center focuses not only on the typical gym aesthetics but rather an inside-out approach that leads to an all-around healthy lifestyle.
Baylor’s online experience needed updating. The goals were to provide an easy way for Landry customers to view schedules, make membership payments, and to showcase the state-of-the-art facility to potential customers. The site needed to be easily consumable and engaging to accomplish these goals.
Flipswitch reached out to existing customers and discovered their pain points and needs, performing an audit of the current site and a heuristic evaluation, competitive research, and more. Flipswitch leveraged the data and findings to guide the user experience and interface design.
Flipswitch mapped out the current site architecture and re-architected the navigation, wire framed and prototyped pages and flows, designed a user interface that was aligned with the gathered research and launched a successful tool for this arm of Baylor.
