Opportunity

Create a new in-flight destination-based online travel guide, allowing passengers free access to an exclusive entertainment portal via the plane’s Wi-Fi using their laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Strategy

We started with breaking down the current architecture of the in-flight web portal and evaluated the high priority must-have’s for mobile devices. We simplified the architecture for an easy-to-navigate mobile interface.

Results

The in-flight media channel that provides air travelers access to special tours, exclusive deals, and other information about their destination city prior to landing. It was one-of-a-kind and started a new trend among other airlines in the industry.
