Design flow that is super simple for users to use. Shoot testimonial videos of customers talking about the new awesome features. Once the flow was set up and ready to go, we drove traffic, monitored that traffic and analytics, and continually refined to increase conversions. This proved to be a very simple and effective way to gather user feedback and improved the product over time.
