Opportunity
Green Army’s online experience needed a refresh. The goals for the refresh were to provide easily consumable, engaging content that would help customers learn more about the company, drive sales, and offer ways for them to easily generate price quotes for their homes.
Strategy
Flipswitch hit the ground running by performing an audit of the current site and a heuristic evaluation. Keeping in mind who the user personas were and using competitive research, Flipswitch leveraged the data and findings to guide the user experience and interface.
Solution
Flipswitch mapped out the current site architecture and re-architected the navigation, wire framed and prototyped pages and flows, designed a mobile responsive user interface built on a flexible CMS platform that was easy to navigate for users.
